What are the summer camp prices?

Including taxes, the prices are as follows for Summer 2023:

  • 1 week of Day Camp = “$275.00”

  • 1 week of Leadership Camp = “$675”

I registered and I didn’t get any information from the camp… Why?
If you registered online we send you a confirmation package once your first payment is made. The first payment would mean a deposit or the full amount. This is sent to the email you provided us upon registration. Confirmation packages include pick up times, drop off times, packing list and other camp info. If you do not have the confirmation appear in your ‘inbox’, try checking your ‘junk mail’ as sometimes our automated email often gets filtered to their junk box.
If you registered via mail or fax and you did not provide an email address, things would have been mailed to you.

What is the difference between each theme week?
In general, each week and the activities during the week are very similar. It is the costumes, skits, songs, airbands and random events that change up to keep it interesting for the campers and staff.  Whether you attend “Adventures on the High Seas” or “Quest in the Old West” you are going to get the same awesome list of camp activities such as high ropes, canoeing, sports, swimming, arts and crafts etc. The difference will come in how things are presented. For example, on opening day of “Christmas in July” you might find some of the staff dressed up as Santa, Mary or Joseph and hear Christmas Carols playing. On the opening day of “Quest in the Old West” you might see the staff dressed up in western clothes, with hats and boots. The different themes act simply as a fun way to add some extra entertainment to each week.

Do you have to be Catholic to come to the camp?

This means that you do not have to be Catholic to attend our camp.  The faith based activities that we do are done in a fun and interactive way. For example – the liturgies are done through drama and the songs we sing have actions. At Camp Brébeuf, we have a healthy mix of faith and fun.

Why is the Camp called “Camp Brébeuf”?
The camp is named after St. Jean de Brébeuf. He was a rugged outdoors man who traveled from France to Canada to tell people about Jesus. He was a missionary.

The camp was originally started by a group of priests in the 1940’s. They were called “The Jesuits”. Brébeuf was a Jesuit as well and he had recently been declared a saint in 1930.
